Step-by-Step Guide (Detailed Instructions)

Status of your Submission(s) (Via Email)

We will be sharing the status of your paper submission via email on 15th September. You will start receiving email from late afternoon or evening, track wise. There might be some emails which will be sent on 16th September 2026.

For reviewers and Program committee:

Sign in:

Sign in using your credentials (sent via email) to access assigned reviews.

Sign up:

Use the keycode provided in email (it is same as the password) to sign up.

For Participants:

1. Make Submission (Registration & Form Filling) (CLOSED)
   Under this option, you will find the complete submission form. Please fill in all fields carefully, diligently and mandatorily, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

2. Edit Submission (CLOSED)
   Use this option to revise or update your submission detail.

3. Upload File (CLOSED)
   Upload your Full Paper/Extended Abstract/Case Studies/Conceptual Paper (Mandatorily) in .doc or .docx or .pdf format as per the conference guidelines mentioned in the website once your submission details are finalized. Please don't mention the author's name and affiliation in the uploaded file.

4. View File (CLOSED)

   View your uploaded file.

5. Withdraw Submission (CLOSED)

   If required, you may withdraw your submission from the conference using this option.

* Submission of the abstract indicates that the corresponding author (representing all other co-authors) agrees to transfer the copyright of the abstract only, explicitly permitting the conference committee to publish the abstract in the conference proceedings.
